The mission of Bridges in Communities is to provide a healthy, drug-free, safe and secure environment within which we will provide treatment and education services that focus on changing addictive and criminal behaviors. Bridges in Communities is a Lexington based agency that has been in existence for the last six years providing quality services to both the correctional poplulation and community institutions. BIC's program which provides alternatives to secure detention encompasses a holistic approach to community corrections as the treatment philosophy embraces a systemic method of providing multiple levels of services and resources designed to reduce the rate of offending.
About us
Served over 1000 offenders last year with a success rate over 90%, BIC is the authority in providing home incarceration services. BIC provides services to 80 of the 120 Kentucky counties serving both state and local government.
